Do not understand how to do this problem on normal distribution ?

I don't really have the time to put all this in a calculator to figure out for sure but I'm pretty sure it is not a normal distribution. This is because if Q3 is 60.75 and the max is 204.9, the data is strongly skewed to the right. Because it is strongly skewed, it would not be a normal distribution. Another reason would be that the median is much closer to the min than the max. This also shows the data is skewed and therefore not a normal distribution.
