Internet Explorer throws error message whenever closed?

I only have one browser iExplore, whenever I use file menu to close or "X" on on top right to close, it throws the error message that IE has encountered the problem and want to send details to Microsoft. This did not happen before. I have cleared all cache and memory and restarted...Can anyone help? I have MS, Yahoo, Skype IMs installed.
