Writing... Can any one help me come up with a Thesis statement. or intro.to unheathly dietary habits?..please!

is there an essay question? or are you just supposed to write about unhealthy dietary habits? if there isnt an essay question and its a research paper, then you have a lot more to do before you come up with a thesis. you need to narrow your search.. that topic is wayy too broad, even if its a really long paper that you have to write. find a book about unhealthy dietary habits, look at the bibliography in the back of the book, find a couple of topics that look interesting to you, look those up. find a thesis idea from those.
