What is the disney music cartoon where black and white Mickey is playing the piano in the bar with scenes of?

Donald and Daisy doing the jitterbug, hippos and crocodiles dancing, etc.. This was a very popular between shows 'short' on the Disney Channel in the early to mid 80's.
