What does your intellect tell you about this ?

Years back i had seen a photograph of nest which showed a bird feeding its baby bird by puting food into the mouth of the baby through its beak. This photograph was on the cover of a book called GIVING. Eversince i have been trying my best interpretations to arrive at the numerous ways in which the mother bird was giving to its child by feeding it with its beak. Of one of the final interpretations that i have reached is that 'Even the act of allowing someone to do something for us because it makes that person happy is an act of giving because it gives a happiness to the person through a sense of contribution. Is it not true Friends ?
