I bought a game system from a co worker..put on board looking for wii...she came up and said got a xbox 360?

it was a xmas present for my son...thought ok he didn't have one of those and had said in past would like one. So, she said she wanted 150.00 was xbox 360 w/ 2 controllers, and 5 games. said she bought for her boyfriend last xmas and he played a couple of times....but wanted a playstation 3 it was better graphics and such...so she went and bought him one of those. so the xbox 360 had only been played a couple of times and was just sitting there now. practically new, just didn't have the box. so I said yes i would buy it. Thinking I'm getting a good deal somewhat. The day she brings it to work it is raining cats & dogs , meets me outside after work and gives me this heavy bag........i looked to be sure game system, 2 controllers, all cords and 5 games there...yes all there. I go home and there is my 12 year old son....so I sneak it in the house hide it in the closet and dont get it back out till Christmas eve afternoon to wrap......plus I don't know what they are supposed to be like. Well I give it to my son.......he informs me that this is not a xbox 360 like I said.....it was the original x box and original xbox games. I contacted her.......oh well she will not give money back oops! her boyfriend told her was xbox 360......now since i caught her lying she starts saying all this other stuff....he never played it....never told me was new.....he traded in a wii last year.... she didn't lie.............................but she will not take back, also saying i had for a month ..no more like 2 weeks. but again took her for her word on what it was and why she wanted to sell it. I work with her...heck I sit right next to her litterally in the office. I called Walmart and Game Stop even games for this system was stopped being made 2 years ago...system before that. I said okay if traded into Game Stop how much would you give me a trade in....they said 12.00. I went back to her and told her......no won't do anything. And said if I say anything to anyone at work about it she wil hit me w/ slander..................help and what do u think. I really got done didn't I ?
