From which date Kuwait new labour law is effective? Kuwait embly has ped a new labour law giving 30 days annual leaves instead of 15 days. My working year will end on 15 March. Whether I will be entitled for 30 days leave? Is there any change regarding gratuity ( indemnity)? In old law 15 days salary was given as indemnity after one year. Is there any change in this figure also? And from which date this law is implementable.
