Inside of is really dry?

okay so i was recently on my period and had a tampon in and when i went to take it out it was really hard for me to do and sorta hurt when i finally got it out there was no blood on it which was weird since i had only been on my period for 4 days and they usually last 8. also my period was lighter than usual. i stuck my finger up there to find that it was really dry and there was no fluids or nothing not even blood. that was two days ago and it is still really dry and it is weird to me since usually your has some wetness to it most of the time. lol. im only 15 years old so i know its not menopause or anything lol but if this helps i had unprotected about a week and a half ago. could that have anything to do with it? whats wrong with me??
