How does Macbeth react to Lady Macbeth once Banquo's ghost has left...?

They seem to be growing apart. He hasn't told her about his plan to kill Banquo, and he doesn't confide his future intentions to her, either. Although she quickly covers for him in the ghost scene, he never actually tells her what he has done, and evidently she hears only at second hand of the murder of MacDuff's family, whom she talks about during the sleepwalking scene.
