Is this a Good Pokemon diamond/pearl team?

I Personally will say no, your team consists entirely of legendary pokemon, most of whcih are banned in competative battles, the moves are ok though there are a few conflicts of interest there, thunder on darkrai will miss a lot and will be very weak if you have sent groudon out already with his ability.
