Why do i have extreme sinus pressure?

Im experiencing very strong sinus pressure. Its in my ears, throat, even the top part of my gums. This is all on my left side. I was sort of frightened because I felt these symptoms happen pretty fast, made me think of going to the ER. Now I think i know what caused it. Im a welder, and after being right above the the welding fumes (ARGON GAS) for about 30 min. i felt this tingly felling throughout my sinus cavity. Has anyone experienced something similar to this. Any input would be helpfull, Thanks
