What are your impressions of the Hockey Hall of Fame Selection Committee and Selection Process?

I live in toronto, and visit the hall every once in a while. I also read the hockey news, who a year or so ago had a good article on how too many players are added into the hall that are not deserving. I agreed with this and I think the hall should be for hockeys elite, not gritty, loveable players such as Duff among others.
