Looking for help with a loan can anyone help? no scams please?

my bills are out of cont can get ouroll and my husband us very ill and can not work. He barelyt of bed at this point. I have a 17 year old who has about 3 pairs of pants and 4 shirt I would like to geet a loan to catch everything up and get my son some clothing. I need approximately $10,000.00 to get everything caught up and back on track can anyone help
