If you found a wallet with over 200 bucks in what would you do with it?

Today me my dad and my step mom went to the grocery store and she is all the time buying new pocket books and such. I guess I wasn't paying attention to my cart when I took it from the front, but a lady had put her wallet in the front part that kids sit. After getting about half way through the store I noticed it there, bit disregarded it thinking it was Tracy's (the wife). Well we get to the front and I bought my stuff and they went ahead to the car. So I was like man what is she thinking leaving her wallet like this? I take it to the car and hand it to her saying here is your wallet. She gets a very confused look on her face and then it hit us both it was someone's in the store. We took it back in but it just made me wonder with the way people can be these days who would have returned it, all the money and stuff inside? Thank goodness we did find the lady as well.
