Will my cats stomach recover from the pregnancy?

I know this may seem a little strange to ask, but I am asking more out of curiousity. My cat had kittens, her are clear visible and pertruding, also her stomach is streched and sagging. Will her tummy return to the way it was before she became pregnant and had the kittens?
