What is a genius how is it measured?

I know what it is. If I may however....Is IQ something that can or may be raised thru extensive grammer, the ability to upload grammer or practical use thereof ......Or maybe all of this, I ve never asked so I didnt know...Enlightenment.comes from the knowledge of learning something new
