I'm in a tough situation...help?

Me, my dad and my mom came to America in June 2003. My mom never liked it here and wanted to go back to our country (Czech Republic) My dad and my mom worked but my mom quit because her and my dad didnt "talk enough." Ever since then my dad payed for everything and my mom just sat around. Ever since then they were always arguing. And she's been saying for the past 4 years, "We're going home." But we never do. My brother just moved with us like around May in 2008. He helps my dad pay the rent. Him and his wife were always having problems. Now she moved away and he lives with us. My brother cannot STAND my mom. Right now they were arguing again and guess what she said ... "We're going home" Lmao, and now she spends most of her days in the garage because my brother locked her out of the house. But she still sleeps in the house. My dad goes to the garage and gives her food. And my brother doesn't like that. So he stopped. My dad doesn't like her either but I don't know why he still helps her. I think she's sick. She's been lying around for the past 4 years while my dad is working his off to give us food and a roof over our head? But now my brother is really pissed. He says that he just wants to pound her again against the wall. I'm scared that she will get injured and he will go to jail. After the fight just now, I always get a picture of my mom bleeding out of her head and the cops are here. Oh god, it's just so horrible. Also if my mom goes back home, she will go to jail because she hasn't payed off her stuff. She even admitted. I'm 14 and my life is hell all because of my mom. I can't even stand her. I just don't want any1 to get injured. Or anyone to go to jail. It's a tough situation. I am also here illegally. We overstayed. We came here for like 6 months and we overstayed. This is such a tough situation. I love my dad, tho. My brother too but I just don't want any1 to get injured and go to jail. I'm scared and helpless.
