**Help** would you please help me with this heartbreaking motherhood dream?

Last night I dream that I was going to have a baby and I was due to ashort time, maybe hours or day. Suddendly, it all became a labor room inside of my cousin's house. I was calling the baby's dad who in the dream was the Prince. He couldn't arrive on time for reasons out of his hands, and I was really sad that he wasn't there with me but he was trying to arrive. I was there and it was going to be a C-section, but everything happened really fast, I didn't feel lot of pain. I saw trhe pacenta (ewww). Then they (doctors, nurses) took the baby and I was wondering if it was a boy or a girl and I was kinda worried that it was a boy because I wanted a girl. I was told that it was a girl. I felt happy for that but I felt very alone too, nobody but bunches of doctors and nurses were there. Suddendly they made me stand up of the bed, I haven't seen my baby. When I was out of the bed my tummy was really flat and like WOW! and I was dressed up and had no pain, just a little.. **plz wait details
