Add corn to crock pot recipe?

I have a cheesy chicken crock pot recipe and I wanted to add a bag of frozen corn to it, but I haven't cooked in a crock pot before. Can you just add a bag of frozen corn to the recipe and let it cook along w/ the chicken & soup for 6-8 hours? Please help!
